The Holidays are just around the corner and this giveaway includes three things on my “gifts to give” list this holiday season!
1. The “Meg” bag by Laura Bickel of My Little Bicklets! Who wouldn’t love a My Little Bicklet for Christmas?!
2. This mini mat is from a line of recycled newspaper products that I love from Ten Thousand Villages. I gave this as a gift to my sister once and she hangs it on her wall. It’s functional fair trade art.
3. Hot Chocolate from Stella Leona is definitely on my gift giving list this year! I think it would make a perfect stocking stuffer.

The winner will be randomly selected and announced on Saturday!
Hi Megan,
ReplyDeleteMy favorite gift to give is something I've made.
I like giving much better than getting so I would have to say my favorite gift to get is time with my family. Things for my home come in as a close second...;)!
My favorite gift to give is photo gifts, they're personal and meaningful. My favorite gift to get would be anything made or picked out by my girls!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite thing to give is something homemade, cookies, bag of chips w/ homemade salsa.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite thing to get, a good morning christmas hug and kiss from my kids Christmas Morning.
Sarah Nafziger
I LOVE to give personalized items! Pictures, drawings, mugs, anything that has meaning!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite gift to get is anything picked out or made by the kids. Lucas picks out some of the cutest things!!
My favorite gift to give is something homemade. It means so much more than just buying something random at the store. It means you put thought into what your giving that person, and that they mean that much to you!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite gift to give is something that has meaning to the receiver. As you know, I am big into giving picture gifts because it's something they will always have.
ReplyDeleteI prefer to give than to get, however if I receive a gift I also love it to be something with meaning...pictures, homemade gifts, etc.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite gift to give is definately homemade. That usually means canned, baked, or some type of paper product.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite gift to receive is anything picture-oriented and homemade. Picture collages are the best!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite gifts to give any time of year are gifts that are handmade ... especially at Christmas. As my children have grown older, I have a little more time and have been making gifts for birthdays, retirement gifts, etc. I have a difficult time when it's my turn to receive a gift but really appreciate whatever. I prefer to enjoy giving!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite thing to give is a themed present...and one that is consumable and preferably in a reusable container like a basket or snap together box. Many gifts have involved fixings and glassware for drinks such as Irish coffee, Cosmos or Mohitos.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite thing to give is something with a personalized theme, whether it be photos or book or something that fits that special person. Or a little homemade item or a\even baked goodie! I love giving so much more than getting!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite gifts to give are the same as the ones I like to receive. They are different every time - it's either a store bought or homemade gift of memories, treasures, pictures or words that says you listen, pay attention and love them.
ReplyDeleteI also enjoy orchestrating a huge group gift that the recipient has been wanting but is unable to purchase on their own.
My favorite gift to give is something I made. Last year I baked whole grain bread frequently as gifts.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite to receive is a gift card for a store or restaurant or something handmade by the giver.
My favorite gift to give is homeade things! Pictures, collages, sewn blankets, food, etc!
ReplyDeleteand my favorite gift to get is probably much of the same.. some of my favorite gifts are ones that have personal, homeade touches to them!
Happy 100th post!
My favorite gift to give varies depending on the person. It is the perfect little something that the individual will love and shows them that you pay attention to what is important to them or that you have payed attention to know what they truly enjoy!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite gift to receive is something that my kids have made for me. Nothing beats the pride and love they have when they hand me something made out of string and macaroni noodles or construction page and markers!! I love it!
ReplyDeleteI like to crochet and give homemade gifts as well as receive them. Deb Schnitkey
ReplyDeleteI like to give something I've made - usually something I've baked that pairs well with fresh roasted coffee which I also made.
ReplyDeleteI like receiving gift cards to new restaurants because it forces me to get out of my rut of going to the same old place.

My favorite gift to give is something that is perfect for that person. Not something practical or generic... but a gift that screams the receiver's name!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite gift to get is something personal, homemade.. or clothes. Duh! hahah
ReplyDeleteMy favorite gift to give is well.... Morgan I couldn't have said it better.... " A gift that screams the receiver's name!!" Well said Morgan, well said!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite gift to give is a good book. There are so many wonderful books, and one can never have too many! I love choosing "just right" books of all kinds for friends and family.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite gift to receive is something that comes from the heart.
My favorite gift to give is love.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite gift to receive is money (oh, yeah... and love)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite gifts to give are the ones that were never asked for...when the reciever thinks no one heard them say they would love to have one of those....:-)
