Pesto Panninis are super megasimple. This week we used pesto, fresh mozzorella and left over homemade french bread. I posted about our pannini maker here. If you don’t have a pannini maker you can just grill them like you would a grilled cheese. Tomato in these sandwiches is a nice addition too, but we were out.
